Our summer school (Summer Camp 2019) is in the historic town of Cheltenham a holiday destination for kings and queens of England for over 200 years. Cheltenham is a perfect location for young learners. It is away from the crowds and traffic of big cities, but it is close to shops, pharmacies and other public services.Cheltenham is on the edge of the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is close to popular destinations including: Oxford (Britain’s oldest university town), Stratford-Upon-Avon (the town where Shakespeare lived and worked), Bath (often called England’s most beautiful city), Stonehenge (the world-famous prehistoric monument) and Warwick and Warwick Castle (a medieval castle and theme park that has been called Britain’s best castle).

Accommodation

The bedrooms are situated on campus. Accommodation is in twin and shared rooms. Rooms are furnished with beds, desks and wardrobes, shared bathrooms and showers on each floor, free WiFi, staff members on every floor. School Facilities - TV lounge, Games Room, Disco Hall, Dance & Drama Studio Sport Facilities - Tennis, badminton and netball courts, modern sports halls, 2 Astro turf pitches, indoor swimming pool, outdoor sports fields for games including football, dodgeball and baseball.

Teaching and Lessons

Burlington School opened in London in 1990, and since then they have provided English language courses to students from across the world. The school runs 4 exciting young learner programmes throughout the year, for students aged between 4 – 6 years old (Kids), 7 - 14 years old (Juniors), 14 - 17 year old (Teens), in London and Cheltenham.
